THE JOURNEY BEGINS…

Hello, thanks for visiting ! You must be curious how Roaming Eagle came into existence or, perhaps you stumbled here by accident. Well, it’s been a long term vision that began in 1999 and has been building its identity ever since. During this time I was employed by a mid size corporation and given the amazing opportunity to learn the art of teambuilding. Clueless to the notion I would find such fulfillment in empowering, motivating and training teams.

Always being fascinated with eagles, I decorated my office with motivational posters of them on every wall. Referring to them often in my team building exercises. Studying their characteristics I learned a few “fun facts”. They are courageous. They never surrender to the size or strength of their prey. When faced with an attack they take flight to change the battlefield to insure victory. Eagles enjoy a storm, and will fly fearlessly into unrelenting winds soaring high above the chaos.

Then in 2006, I enrolled in a business administration course at a local college. Our class was divided into small teams to create a mock business plan. My teams plan consisted of 3 separate business units: Embroidered Corporate Apparel, Logo Design, and Promotional Products for Brand Recognition. Little did I know this would quickly become a reality. That same year I formed a small business and named it Embroidery Bay providing embroidery and digitizing services to the corporate and small business markets. As my business grew I realized I needed to expand my skills, products and services. Fast forward to 2020 Roaming Eagle was created to facilitate screen printing, creative logo design services, and brand recognition products.

Although my corporate days are far behind me, I will be forever grateful for that early stop in my journey. I discovered the art of team building working hard to develop my skills to the next level. Today… I’m grateful for every invitation I receive from a new client to join their team. I am eager to understand their vision and welcome collaborating on projects together. I’ll always be thankful for the early days that sparked my vision of team building. No words can adequately describe the appreciation I have for my freedom to roam. I love what I do and can think of no greater reward than sharing my gifts and talents with those I encounter on my journey.
